SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

We have created a website that links you directly to our booking system [we are releasing that link tomorrow]. If you are not tech savvy and are not familiar with processing an online booking system-you will be permitted to call us so that we can get you on the schedule.

CREDIT CARD HOLD

In order to schedule your online appointment, you will be required to insert your card information in order to secure your booking. This will ensure that our customers stay committed to their scheduled appointments [see #4]

WEAR THE MASK

Masks are required for service.

POLICY

You will be required to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to not receive the $10 no show fee [see #6]. Due to the limited capacity that we have every day and the one on one experience, if you take up a time slot, it makes it unavailable for someone else to book. We also lose out on business for that time slot.

ONE ON ONE

We are working ONLY with one on one customer. There will not be any customers in the waiting area. The only time we will permit more than one person in our barbershop is if you have kids that need a haircut and are SCHEDULED. Anyone who is not getting a service can not come in. Adults getting a service together must still only come in one at a time and wait in the car until it's your scheduled appointment.

ARRIVE ON TIME

Your appointment will be canceled if you do not arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment. We urge you to even arrive a few minutes early and wait for us in your car as we wave you down. We are scheduling everything according to each service we provide and the time we need to take for screening and sanatizing and doing EVERYTHING that we are required to do in order to provide you a safe place to get your haircut and in order to keep our doors open.

WAIVER + HEALTH CHECK IN

Upon arrival we will ask you a series of health questions. We are also required to check your temperature. A waiver is required. You can fill out your waiver in person or here before your appointment.
